In the early stages of Co-operative BKSS, business started by opening 3 stalls located in Block 5 of RIPAS Hospital where the stalls were rented at B$1,200.00 per month. On the 6th June 1997, Syarikat Sadikin subleased the stalls at B$400.00 per month with a sales commission of 8.75%.
